Water heater is installed, but it's leaking or more likely the plumbing is leaking somewhere, because we found some water was pooling between the garage and kitchen in the house. *sigh*

Also... for some reason, the carpet wasn't listed on the TO DO list for repairs. This is bad because the HUD inspection said that the living room carpet needed to get removed and redone. This is bad, because someone missed this, and by someone I mean everyone.

But other than that, things are just peachy. *sigh*
