(no subject)
another great weekend. this is wonderful. alex, pablo and danny came up from home and sigmund and peter came down from berkeley/emeryville. kick ASS!!! we partied hardy after watching wan in her element.
i'm so proud of you wan yin =)
:D i love seeing all these people and hanging out. this weekend was awesome =)
then something not so awesome happened on saturday. i was actually really really shocked. okay so i'm in monterey doing an assignment for that stupidass class american pop culture. i'm with my neighbor leann and her boyfriend dale. both of them are blonde, blue-eyed like..bam! and i'm taking a picture of the both of them and a woman goes up to them and she doesn't even see me and she's like oh..do you guys want a picture of all three of you?? i'm saying to myself oh. how nice. but no i don't really think so... then she looks at me and she says "oh you guys aren't together." and she walks away.
wtf is up with that?! i was so shocked i just stood there and i didn't really know what to do. i don't think leann or dale noticed but that really really bothered me because i've never been faced with something like that before. it's just..never happened. you'd think people are over the whole racial profiling thing..but i guess not... it's a little hurtful to think that just because i'm asian i can't hang out with white friends. i mean the majority here is predominantly white, but it's just..ionno. i was hurt. i've never been judged based on my race before. i was really surprised something like that would happen to me.
but yea..anyway that's not so cool. but i went to the gym today! and i actually broke a sweat. and the moment i got off i felt high cuz it felt so good :D definitely going back there more often now. gotta look good before i go home for thanksgiving. =)

oh yea btw. about "the last samurai" i definitely have to watch it. i HAVE to. why? shin koyamada. :O holy shit. wow. ...just..wow...^^ i'm allowed to drool a little.
tehehehe. maybe i'm gonna go back into my japanese phase. geeeeeeh........maybe not -_- but ey! he's hot :D
okay enough shenanigans.
when i'm good, i'm very, very good.
but when i'm bad, i'm even better.
