Notes: This continues the 'Round-Robin' fic 'Denial'.
Summary: Much & Carter have departed Marseilles on a ship headed to the Holy Land. Carter decides that he should teach Much to read and to count, important skills for a squire and future knight of the kingdom. Much is still haunted by his experiences in the Holy Land when he served Robin. This story takes place during the gang's adventures in 2x10, Walkabout, but has no spoilers for that episode. It also borrows/corrupts a bit of dialogue from 2x12.
