And he thinks John has pretty eyes! *snort* My new OT3 is born...

I loved how you worked in all the best bits from the canon 2x11 here as well. That last scene is one of my absolute favourites. "You're all jealous..."

Queen Eleanor is also particularly well done - she's such a great character. Why didn't the show bring her back?! I would have so loved to see her dragging PJ off by his ear!

And I loved John's dream!

In fact I just loved this whole chapter - great job!

I loved the first moments between Legrand and John. Had Legrand been in his right mind and not newly brought back to life, John would have cracked his head open. But this way, it can develop nicely with no cerebral concussions.

And, although this chapter was superbly written and thoroughly enjoyable, this bit is possibly the funniest for me:"Two out of three Saracen healers recommend Denial for their patients who are fed up with canon. The third healer got tied to a tree in the forest." (Betcha added that at the last moment, didn't you? Always the way...)
