Shelving instructions

Post the fics alphabetically by year: each 'shelver' has been assigned a specific year and alpha entry to start with. See the comments for assignments. ADDENDUM: 2011 will shelve by earliest date in order to avoid any duplication with new posts as they are added to delicious.
Go to the Library, http://community.livejournal.com/rh_archive/ and log in - otherwise, you might find yourself adding your posts in the notts_library journal!
We won't use 'character' or 'pairing' as categories so just enter the character names as they appear in delicious.
Note the different style tags for rating, genre, author, and year. These are the only tags now preceded by a category.
Series tags
After you view the entry, feel free to add additional tags if they were missed when initially posted. Commonly missed tags include those that mentioned series or episode number. Only include the earliest episode mentioned.
Multichapter works
Broken Links: Click through to ensure the link to the fic still works. If the link no longer works:
robinfanatic will edit the authors a-z and characters/pairs pages.

- on delicious these were s1, s2, and s3, preseries, and postseries2
- here, use: series1, series2, series3, series: preseries and series: post series2.
- you can add series1, series2, series3 tags to fic tagged as 1x14, 2x14, 3x14 if they weren't already listed that way on delicious
- 2x14 and series: post series2
- 2x14 should be applied to fic that take place between 2x13 and 3x01 as established in the canon of the show - these would have been published during or after the airing of series 3 (March-June 2009). I indexed the fic weekly so you should be able to tell by the post date in delicious
- series: post series2 should be applied to fic that take place in a time period after 2x13 before series 3 aired in 2009; the tag was also applied to far-off future fic in some cases until sometime in 2010 when I created a 'modernDay' tag. Update 4/25/2011: if you see both a series2 and and postseries2 tag on entries in Delicious, only add the series: post series2 tag here. There was a glitch with a global change attempt on Delicious.
NOTE: this indexer won't swear the 2 tags were applied consistently, especially during the 2nd half of indexing in 2009. Confused? Just use the tags as noted in delicious. I smell another future clean-up project.

Multichapter works
- delicious had limits on the amount of text in the 'notes' area so some fics may not include links to all chapters
- copy/paste the info from delicious as is
- add the tag MC if you think chapter links are missing - I'll catch those later in clean-up rather than have shelvers take time to track them down
