Thanks. I hope it's correct though. Tomino sure crams in whole bunch of story within 100 minutes so I ended up being unsure about when Yazan killed Bask and Dogos Gear. It happened, but I can't remember if it was before or after the negotitions.
To your question about Axis. Before they plowed thru A Baoa Qu, they did separate the Mauser. Of course, that was the first time and the last time they showed it. Who knows where the residents are floating now :p Once Axis destroyed A Baoa Qu, I don't think it appeared again. On an interesting note, Haman did intentionally set Axis on a crash course where it could end up at A Baoa Qu or Granada. After that event, whenever they showed Axis it was just their fleet only. Gwadan, Gwanban, Endora class ships (I think 3-4 were present), and some Musai. Even the ending credits showed only the fleets from what I can remember. Haman must have built Axis 2 :p
To the promise about restoring the Zabi rule. Zeta was all about being an enemy one minute, agreeing to a pact another minute, then having a quick brain aneurysm all together. Based on what I saw and remember, they just packed up after Haman survived the duel against Char.
You know they didn't really show the floating Shiki either. Tomino was saying since the Zeta Trilogy bridged the story between MSG Trilogy and CCA, he won't have to make work on another series. I think that was his answer when Fukui asked him about making another Gundam or CCA. I was hoping for more surprises at the end.
About ZZ, recently Tomino has been saying he doesn't remember ZZ at all as it was Endo's work mainly. I'll have to check with some of the older books on this. Supposely he only wrote like one line in the pre-preoduction notes.
I do like the notion of Yazan killing Bask, though - it gives him something to do other than just desert the Dogosse Gier like a rat fleeing a sinking ship.
The vanishing Mowsa is interesting. Perhaps Haman managed to resettle all the civilian familes from Axis in the Earth sphere, rather than just Mineva. But I imagine they'll have a hard life ahead of them out at the fringes of the solar system if they've ditched their entire support structure... This still sounds kinda weird, and given his personality, I doubt that Tomino will do us the favor of explaining it all afterwards. So perhaps we'll have to make up our own interpretations. :-)
Speaking of Tomino, I remember seeing him make the same claim about Gundam ZZ in previous interviews. I guess a remake is out of the question, then, which is probably for the best.

Supposely Dra-C appeared in the movie too. I'll have to be on a look out when I go see it the 2nd time.
