In an effort to be ridiculed less as a teacher than I was as a student I'm starting a new diet and exercise (alternating weights and cardio) effort. To try and keep myself motivated and possibly inspire others, I'm going to post here each day what I ate and did.
Feel free to blast me at will, but I'm just so tired of weighing over 300lbs.
All future posts will be behind cuts to keep from cluttering your friends page, and I'm only going to weigh once a week at most, maybe once a month.
Weight: 315lbs
Diet:
Breakfast:
(Scoop of edge chocolate soy protein, banana, 1/4 cup fat free yogurt, 1 cup 1% milk, 1 scoop chocolate instant breakfast) Lunch: None (got up at 2pm.. hehe)
Snack: 1/2 cup goldfish crackers
Dinner(planned):
(Romaine blend, tomato, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 cheddar cheese blend, 1/4 dressing)
Exercise:
Situps: 5 (sad, but it's a start)
Biceps: 2 sets 13 reps 15lbs
Triceps: 2 sets 16 reps 15lbs
Press: 2 sets 20 reps 30lbs
