Public art on RGL.

One of RGL's Flickr contributors, JL2003, added this photo of a public art installation in Kingston to the RGL Flickr pool. This got me thinking - shall we start adding public art things like this to RGL? I don't think temporary exhibitions are worth adding, since they'd create a maintenance nightmare, but how about stuff that's likely to stay where it is for years?
