I didn't even make it five minutes into the flick before I had to stop watching it....good god what muck. I find it amusing that most of the younger actors (according to interviews) haven't bothered to even read the books.

I haven't watched the mini-series yet, but from what I've read about it, the Priestesses of Atun seemed much nicer than I remember from the novels.
