Most ridiculous sentences ever

From Epicurious:
"Boil (4 cups) cider in large saucepan until reduced to 2/3 cup, about 28 minutes."

If you are going to say "about" then you cannot use the precision of "28 minutes".  I would accept "about 1/2 hour" or even "about 30 min" as acceptable substitutes.

...not to mention the fact that I'm pretty sure if you had at a high enough temperature to reduce it down that much, that fast, it would scorch.
