If you are going to say "about" then you cannot use the precision of "28 minutes". I would accept "about 1/2 hour" or even "about 30 min" as acceptable substitutes.

We went apple picking for my birthday and I'm looking for ways to use up a gigantic bag of apples that dont involve dessert. Dont get me wrong - I love dessert. But it frequently involves sugar and butter, which is not good for my waistline.
