When air bags go off, it smells like burning plastic. We have all seen enough movies where the car explodes after a crash. Nothing so dramatic happened here. I have a bruise and some small cuts on my wrist from the airbag. That is the extent of my injuries.
The other guy had some damage to his bumper and his tailpipe. But the important thing: we both walked away.
