So it turns out this is not a bad date idea. Unfortunately, the particular combination of birthdays (in Minutes/Seconds form rather than just "after the decimal point") doesn't really work. We went as close to one as we could, about a mile to the west of the actual point, on Swanton road, north of Santa Cruz (37 03 29 N, 122 13 31 W). Incidentally, this is near where 539 used to camp. If we switched latitude and longitude, we'd end up near Sanborn-Skyline park, but still quite a bushwhack away from any road. I'm just glad we didn't end up in the ocean.
