Everyone here is safe in lockdown, and everyone else has checked in.

Mom and I are fine in lockdown at home. My big girl is safe at Wellesley, where men can't hide and women are fierce. The younger daughter Anne is sleeping over at her friend's house in Worcester. My office is closed until noon, which is convenient since the area received a reverse 911 call to stay inside and off the roads. Mom and I are planning our own heightened homeland security response to 19 year olds at the door. Our escalation plans include wild face-licking dogs, hot tea, heparin and dirty needles, culminating with an avalanche of dirty laundry and junk mail.
