Sometimes, someone in your life who you're close to - that gives you sound advice, tells you something (w/o you asking) about someone ELSE whom you value (person #2), and then, b4 you can help it, you start to look at person #2 differently and start talking to them differently. And not in a good way. Cuz all you can think about is what the 'wise person' told you, and it makes you uncomfortable, and it's clouded your judgment of person #2. DANG IT.

I know he/she's given this person #2 chances, but I guess he/she doesn't see person #2 the way I do and hasn't gotten to know person #2 like I have. So my options are:

1. Ignore what he/she told me and continue to push away any information I was told about person #2 and act as if I know nothing and that the information doesn't bother me.

2. Change my friendship with person #2? naw, that would be a negative ...

I feel like that's so wrong. I mean, I shouldn't take the his/her's word b/c I know what kind of person person#2 is ... but then again, what if he/she means well in my best interest? But then who am I to judge person #2 if I haven't seen that side of them yet?

I picked this up off some random Xanga. Something about it made me want to post it.
