Tightly-wrapped cellophane with no easily-accessible seams? That's one thing. Three times as many security stickers as absolutely necessary (that, mind you, shred and stick to fingers if you so much as breathe on them funny) are another.
But is it really necessary to stick the cellophane to the spine of the DVD case with a piece of double-sided tape that leaves half of itself behind when you take off the wrapper? I mean, what possible purpose does that serve? If you've got a halfway-decent cellophane-wrapping machine you won't have to worry about wrinkles obscuring the DVD's title anyway.
