I know this may seem/taste incredibly boring to some of you, but seriously ...

Avocado spread on toast, with tomatoes and a bit of salt and pepper may just be the most perfect thing ever. I'm out of tomatoes right now (and too lazy/unmonied to buy any)... but !!! so good!
