I think there should be a ticker for red tape, you know. A big sign up in the Ministry Entrance saying 'WE HAVE NOW REACHED 200 MILES OF RED TAPE THIS WEEK! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!' or something similar. It would boost morale, encourage us to be more difficult and bureaucratic! Hurray
