Yesterday in PE 1 (yes, the dreaded lecture PE) we had erm... aerobics. Since aerobics generally is more about stamina than fancy-schmancy exercises that promise to break my hip, I wasn't excused from it.
Gah. I died. Around the 10th rep of stepping and lifting own's arms sidewards alternately I was wondering if I really was that weak compared to normal people. And that was just the starting warm-up. It didn't help that the music Sir used to determine the beat to was faster than normal aerobics music. Then I found out that other people were also tired. I was just the most tired.
Then the exercise proper, which wasn't too bad (Joan was my partner yay) then cooldown. Funny, but I felt more tired because of the warm-up than the exercise proper. Anyway.
More of the horror and I really felt tired. (I know, Sir told us all we could stop when we were tired, especially me but it's not easy to just stop and see people noticing you've stopped.) Bah. We were all sweating buckets after that. I was personally looking forward to going back to my place and taking a long long bath (thankfully I had no classes until 2:30 since the teachers were busy/were going to give us the departmental exam later).
Then Sir said the immortal words:
"We're doing this again next meeting."
*dies* Why did I take a bath before PE again?
Oh yeah, I needed to remove the smell of tawas.
Honestly, it's Wednesday now and my right leg muscles still hurt. I guess this is what it's like to return to the land of the normal after so long a time in the land of the abnormal. Owwww.
I need a different way of tying my hair. Hair scrunchies don't work at all. It just slides off my hair, even if it's triple or quadruple tied.
I need help. I've never actually had to tie my hair before. (CAT and Chem classes aren't counted since I don't sweat much during them.) Help?

(after PE class, wherein we are all sweaty and tired)
Friend Miguel: I hope Rob is open at 9.
Self and other friends: Why? 10 pa siya bubukas.
Self: I think Robinson's Supermarket is open at 9.
Miguel: I need to buy shampoo, soap, deoderant.
Self: You can always use your tawas crystal...
Miguel and friends: Tama! :)
(but since Miguel's tawas crystal was colored pale yellow)
Friends: Edi yellow na armpits mo mamaya...
I was just kidding...

Our long test in (the dreaded) Math 17 was supposed to be yesterday at 5:30 - 7:30 pm. After PE, we had no classes so we went back to our chosen places and studied (and tried to make our tawas crystals bigger in so many hours - futile mission). Then 2:30 pm was my NatSci class.
At 4:00 pm the lights went out at UP. It was really dark inside GAB so we tried to study outside but...
Rain forced us back inside.
Sabi nga naman ng mga upper years: "Be prepared." There were two people studying also for Math 17 (not from Intarmed) who brought a flash light! >_<
So we thought that maybe we wouldn't have the test since it would be super-dark inside the classrooms by the time the test actually started. Then Ace remembered that their Comm teacher told them that one departmental exam was also during a brownout and...
They used candles.
So we panicked.
Ardynne-san, CJ, and I tackled this horrendously doomingly hard Venn diagram problem for at least 30 minutes. (Oo na, Venn Diagram po. Basta. Nahirapan talaga kami.) By the way, the past departmental exams are creepy. There was a Venn diagram involving Dora the Explorer. >_<
At around 5:00 pm, the brownout ended. A few minutes after this happened, Ardynne-san received a text from JF (dahil siya lang may signal/battery).
Wala ng
math 17 test..(insert smiley u) bukas na
lng, same time..(insert smiley u)
yung histo group 1,
punta sa GAB Caf..(insert smiley u)
Of course we were skeptical as apparently it was received during the brownout. So we all went to the GAB Caf(even the people who weren't in Histo Group 1 which was the majority) and asked.
"Wala na ba talagang Math 17 test?"
"Oo naman."
"Sino nagsabi?"
"Si JF!"
"Sino nagsabi kay JF?"
"*thinks a moment* Si Sir!"
"Bago bumalik yung ilaw o pagkatapos?"
"Bago naman."
"Edi baka meron na?"
"Hindi! Sabi ni JF at ni Sir eh."
Ok. Therefore I didn't get a higher score in my NatSci 2 test for nothing. I could have just studied for NatSci instead of Math 17. And not to mention I could have eaten spam or something. >_<
Today's saga was even more annoying. Our schedule was supposed to go like this:
8:30 - 11:30 am NSTP (which is the ROTC equivalent)
1:00 - 3:00 pm IPC (which is something required also for Intarmed people)
3:00 - before 5:00 hopefully pm (Field Trip of the College of Medicine for Histo 5)
5:30 - 7:30 pm Math 17 Long Test
So I study hard and wake up early. Just as I finish taking a bath, this text comes:
gud am.no nstp 2day.lecturer cant
make it.(insert smiley u)
Godbless..(insert smiley u)
Therefore I woke up for nothing. I finish doing my homework for IPC. I study a little. I eat breakfast at MiniStop (where incidentally the cash registers are broken).
Then another text comes (always from JF):
Walang math exam
mamya..(insert smiley u) bukas na
ulit..(insert smiley u) about ipc/idc,
hindi q pa pa alam kung meron..(insert smiley u)
Donk.
Then four more text messages later, I have no IPC, no Field Trip to my College, and no Math Long Test again.
Therefore this is my first Wednesday without any classes, period.
Wow. This is how it feels to be free in the middle of the week.
Frankly, I was bored to death. I slept so that I could stop thinking of how bored I was. I guess I could have studied for Math 17 again or for some other subject but I was tired. Not to mention weirded out by the extreme circumstances. What are the chances of everything getting cancelled like this, anyway?
Beating the odds is what Intarmed is all about, I guess.
So now I have to study again for Math 17 later. >_< I'm getting really sick of my Math 17 module. Bah.
Trebor says this:
Interestingly enough, my module and the everpresent Vance disagree on the signs of subsets and proper subsets. While I believe that Vance is probably the better source, it's easier to blame the module if my teacher marks me wrong. Not to mention the module is the book he's using like his own personal bible/teleprompter.
Okay, hopefully tomorrow the test will push through. I don't like sleeping next to my module anymore. Bah.
[/edit] Di ko alam suspended pala ang klase ngayon sa maraming eskwela. Alam ko lang na wala kaming klase (dahil wala ang lecturer namin, etc.). >_< Ganon ba talaga kapag UP Manila? Pero ako nga lang siguro ito.
[/edit2] If a y!m friend of mine can be trusted, there's no school tomorrow. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
[/edit3] Walang pasok bukas! Math 17 Long Exam, it is not meant to be. >_<

Alam mo, nahihiya na talaga ako sa sarili ko. If only I could just fall for some guy in Intarmed and zomg, forever is calling.
Mahal pa kita, eh.
***
I think I'm the only one in Intarmed who hasn't watched High School Musical yet. This is doubly sad because my sister has an original DVD that she bought in the USA.

And now I need to go grocery shopping since I ran out of drinking water. Haaaaaayyy Intarmed. And this is only the beginning.
