Love

I've been wanting to post about my grad trip and about C but I haven't had enough motivation to do so. Instead, right now, I'm putting down my afterthoughts from Saturday. So, on Saturday, I met up with Sherwin and a few other new and old friends to make a trip down to Hong Lim Park for pinkdot. And it got me thinking. It was a fun filled event with everyone having picnics, but yet, each and everyone had their own stories to tell. Even though it was a LGBT event, I understood that love holds no boundaries. Essentially, it is between two people, no matter what age, race, religion or even gender. It feels so warm and fuzzy when you see families heading down in approval of their fellow members, old gay couples who are still so very loving, families with kids and bringing them up saying that there's nothing around about it, etc. To be honest, I was a little taken aback by the older couples and I ought to be ashamed about it. But eventually, it grew to me that they were no different from any other couples.

Love is such an amazing thing and no one should ever, ever, ever try to stop any soul from loving another due to any short comings or rigid traditions. You can date someone who is really fat, or someone who is from China, or someone who's really young. (YA I'M TALKING ABOUT MYSELF HAHA) I dated really weird boys and I loved them but my advice is to skip the second one. Ok bye.
