I chose at random to take water to work with me today. Drank two pint bottles. So I guess I started today?
The inflammation in my legs and feet drove me crazy last week. So I hope this helps. So I'm doing two things in total:
1. Keeping art appointments with myself at least once a day.
2. Drinking water and some juice daily.
That's it. Not talking about food yet. I hope I can handle this.
...I think my head hurts from caffeine withdrawl already?
EDIT: 3 pints. Also, I wasn't withdrawling, I was hungry.
