The American
So thats my relative (actually he's my grandmas cousin) from Morgantown, Pennsylvania. He spend 3 days with us and then asked for a ride to Crailsheim, where he wants to visit other "relatives". In 2 months he is touring thru all germany, busy visiting relatives and "fellow christians". In the US all he is doing is to work and go to church. Actually, after listening to him I noticed that he is getting completely abused; He works for a farmer but gets his poor wage only sometimes. Instead he is allowed to live on the farm and consume everything it produces. The things he gets, for example milk or water melons, he busy sells to "the spanish" how he calls them, for an absurd price. He says "I could also give them just away for free, but I know they would throw the food away then...!"
Oh did I mention that he has 16 kids? Yes, and he still finds time and will to help others. And although the "spanish" once threatened to kill him. And although the "blacks" have stolen his camera. Uncle Andrey still says "But I still love them."
Now that's what I call a true christian. :-)
Communication with him was problematic because my russian sucks and I dont understand his english either... So I just could listen to him and nod...
