So I am here now and I am going to write.

First of all, not that I did not know this before but, I just saw my nextdoor neighbor who is the new condo association president, and she has a HUGE rack. It looked bigger than I remembered, holy mother of god, like its bigger than I have ever seen in my young years of life. WOW. It like Gabriela, please put on something so the moons you have hanging from your chest aren't in everyone's face. Because even if you try not to look, they are THERE. I dont want to see them, and please dont bitch when men dont respect you, or is it that you enjoy the attention?

Anyway, I love being here. I got here and I got a bad case of sinositis. Like a 24 hour headache. Like a 24 hour nail lodged in my skull between my eyes. FUCK. Luckily one of my mother's doctor friends gave me a pill and I am dancing the WB Frog Song dance. My house seems so big for just myself, but I love it, every inch is filled with memories of my childhood. Like I am alone and in peace with my home. I went to visit some people and they said "WOW How time flies and all one does is get old" How true. The thing that I do that brings back the most memories is walking down the stairs of the house I am filled with memories, the times I fell on them as a child, or the times I ran down on my way to school or with my friends. It has a certain rythim to running down it. I have fotos but I have not been able to upload them.

I got my cell here. People can text me if they want +584125201730. The telecommunications industry here is one big black hole. You have no idea how much they charge for shitty service and people keep paying. I paid close to 8000 bolivares for a 5 min 34 sec phone call to a friend on another mobile network. That is almost 3 dollars. It may not seem like much but minimum wage here is 300000 bolivares. The funny thing is my mobile company has the lowest rates, lest I say 'cheap' because they are NOT.

I would talk about stores and shopping in this country but I will leave it for latter because I am sure my experiences will just keep getting worse.

Yesterday I went and bought a pirated game. SC 3000 for 5000 bolivares. Which is cheap considering the game costs 30 bucks in America. The man also had the newest adobe photoshop (also for 5000) and the newest of all programs. There is no respect in this countries for rights of any kind. And as I notice the government slowly encroaching on society with its BULLSHIT the people just stand by and bitch, but they do nothing because they are participants of this charade they call a country. When I was in Caracas on Tuesday it took me an hour and a half to cross 2 intersections. 2. I will say it once more: 2. The gridlock I experienced was a result of the massive amounts of cars, but also that nobody obeyed the red or green lights. Nobody respects the police, everyone steals from everyone, and then nobody respects Chavez and his supporters so they do whatever the FUCK HE WANTS, nor does anyone respect the opposing parties or their supporters. This country suffers from a complete and utter lack of respect on all levels.

I have to write a post about the judiciary here. But I am sure I will keep hearing news about it so Ill write later when I have more info.

So I have internet at home here in Barquisimeto because my nextdoor neighbors on the other side (not Gabriela's family) set up a WIFI network in their house and they allowed me to log into their network, which is great. No more going somewhere for net usage.

I just noticed some crazy things online. I am no longer blocked off of someone's friends list, and I figured that out because I was looking at another person's profile and I noticed this person was now 'friends' with the other person. All this drama ruined my life and ruined some at least one friendship I still think was genuine and true.

life, travel, venezuela
