Early Morning Waiting For Her Alarm

Oct 15, 2010 07:56

She's sleeping. We've both got work today. We're coping nicely.

Put up posters over the weekend. Down in the apartment by Lost Lagoon.

There's something outside that sounds like a submarine, day and night. It's distracting.

I set the radio alarm to an Indian Pop station. India style Indian.

I've decided against Jesse Custer for Halloween. I just don't feel up to it. I don't know what I'll do instead. Something easy, that's my hook. Something simple and sexy and easy. I'm not trying to impress people, I'm just trying to appear casually seductive.

I took my novel past 60,000 words. Now I need to write over from the beginning.

I'm also thinking about changing the plot of my NaNoWriMo novel.

Anonymous Cubed - Surrealist Private Eye

OR

The Sad Strange Tale of Eddie The Sidekick

Anonymous Cubed would be a detective story. Eddie's story would be a rambling series of "worked for this hero, got my ass-kicked, became a henchman, got my ass-kicked..." Sort of a Venture Brothers extended novel kind of thing.

Debate.
