I haven't checked this since....Christmas...But, as much as I like the other two social netwoking sites. You can't journal here. So, I decided to post weekly as to diet progess. An Accountibility tool. My LJ pal Collinsmom is doing the same.
So, I have been on the lifestyle dieting change for 1 month. I eat 1000-1200 calories and do pilates for 10 minutes daily. 18 pounds lost, so, I am back down to where I lost before two years ago. back to the size 16. At least I didn't gai totally to the size 24...Size 18...
I am back to my Size L in shirts, and L in pants or 16 size.
Food taken in to the body:
Breakfast:
1 yogart ( 80 cals)
or
cereal (190 cals)
or
poached egg, who links of sausage for (180)
Coffee
Lunch:
A 190-250 calorie meal
Supper:
250-400 calories depending on the food)
Snack: 100 cal or popcorn one half of 100 cal bag.
total calories for the day: 620-1000 on average
I haven't felt deprived. Volumetrics with veggies and fruits...so, I felt full. I hydrate with 10 waters a day. I have not drank diet pop that often...green tea, coffee, water mostly.
So, hopefully the "new" pounds will start coming off.
