Well lets see.... today I did not go to church. Honestly I would rather listen to an audio clip from the church back home over sitting in that large warehouse of people staring at a tv screen plastered on the walls. I walked 2.4 miles before I went out to the river with the parents to walk along an old railroad covered in greenery and dirt. Some of it was so worn that there would be massive dips in the ground. It was beautiful. Next weekend I get to go creek walking. Something I have not done here yet which I am excited for. Afterwards we went and rented a few movies from Hollywood video. My mom made this real sarcastic comment that I make everyone watch my movies I like, but in reality I don't. If that was the case I would have not gone and seen Public Enemies with just Cat and I the day it came out. Of course at the register this leads to more from my dad... saying, " Yeah what is up with that? You made me go see Spy Kids!" of course my reply was, " Dad I was like 10!" >< The whole conversation had the lady at the register chuckling to herself. When we got home we put in the movie Defiance. Dudes.... if there is a movie I recommend you watch over the summer, watch this. It was very moving and I highly recommend it. Of course today it thunder stormed again so the movie kept on going off from the lightning or something screwing up the satellite. Oh well. Then we watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. I don't think I have been so close to tears for this show ever before. The guy that actually was asking for the help for his family died from cancer. Man what those guys do is so cool.

Anyways, so this week on Tuesday my dad has to go travel for 2 days and geuss what? I get to come along! :D I am excited because there is a pool at the hotel we will be staying in and I haven't been able to swim ALL summer long! It's depressing! I have NEVER gone a summer without swimming or at least being in a large body of water for a good amount of time! NEVER! Seriously my first EVER summer we went to a lake and everyone thought my parents were nutts for having me out in the water so young. I never really thought of it until I was deprived of it this summer with Cat. We are going through withdrawals from it >< It's to the point where my showers are cold because it is the closest to a pool sensation I can get to in this muggy hot and humid weather. So the fact that there will be a pool available has me grabbing for the opportunity ASAP! ><

So I have a LOT to look forward to:

Tuesday & Wednesday: Travel
Thursday: Student Loan appointment
Friday: Laptop
Saturday: Creek Walking

:) Finally ACTUALLY doing stuff and not shopping when I go out. Seriously people you can only go to the mall so many times before you never want to go there again. Well ttyl folks!
