bagging a journal

Hi,
I have just volunteered as a reviewer and am not very sure about how to grab journals for reviews. however from the unassigned list I am bagging nicechap for a detailed review.

It was a random chancing and I thought that as we are both Indians i might be able to do more justice to him.

i hope nobody has already done a review for his journal or is in the process of doing it. If you are then lemme know asap
