I've Been Probed! or I got a new POS.
I am not getting a scooter at this point in my life, we decided to see what I could find for the cash I had. After quite a few misleads on Craigslist and one dealership who wanted to sell me a 94 Infiniti that had been in a head-on collision, I now have my own transportation to work.
I have a 1996 Ford Probe (ergo the headline) with 102,000 miles on it. It needs to have the muffler patched and will likely need shocks at some point. The driver's sun visor was broken, so we removed it until I can get to a junkyard and buy a replacement. There is a rip in the driver's seat. I will probably either just stitch it up or get a seat cover from Target (they had some on clearance).
It isn't a prize winner but it should get me to and from work. Pictures will come later...probably after Jenn has violated it with a Sharpie. Yes, a Sharpie. She insists that she must add ANAL above it. Yep, my wife wants to make sure I am driving an Anal Probe. I was joking that I need to put a butt plug on the antenna (if it has one...I didn't look).
Oh yeah, it was only $700 which isn't too bad. If it lasts me a year, I will have gotten more than my money's worth.
