i don't die! :P somehow i manage.. i don't know. i just do jogging or even stupid stuff like jumping jacks. sometimes just while i'm watching tv or something. sometimes my calves/ankles really start to ache, which is probably not good. :/
i don't do the stuff all at once. well, i do all my crunches at night, in a row.. but i do some leg exercises (obviously, usually squats) in the morning and some at night.
i'm about 5'2 and i'm not sure of my weight.. i haven't weighed myself in awhile. i know it's somewhere in the low 100s, probably between 105-110. my goal is to be under 100 by 5/9, which i think is reasonable.
