[ Yes, it's dark. No, Haseo doesn't care. He hasn't been in the mood to call attention to himself -- not that he's ever really in the mood for much attention from everyone

[ Kadaj is normally out and about after the sun sets, mostly because he has an easier time avoiding people then. He spots Haseo and grins; he'd been wanting to harass someone and he looked like the perfect target. ]

You could get hurt being all by yourself out here, you know.

[reversedarkness]

[ Haseo turns to the voice. He recognizes it, but keeps his cool easily. Had this been an earlier Haseo, he'd have blown up immediately in the hopes of dominating and gaining more power. This Haseo holds his ground and grips the hilt of his sword. ]

I think I can handle myself.

[merepuppet]

[ Kadaj gestures to the forest around them, a sweeping motion with both arms. ]

But who knows what kind of monster is lurking out at a time like this.

[reversedarkness]

[ He looks unamused. ]

I'm not worried about them, right now.

[merepuppet]

[ Fire will flicker to life in Kadaj's hand, but disappears a second or so later. He's just playing. ]

And why not?

[reversedarkness]

[ He smirks a little. ]

I'm feeling pretty confident right now, that's why.

[ He then mutters something about having things to do and starts walking by him. ]

[ Kadaj will just chuckle and let him go. ]

[reversedarkness]

[ And he will be on his toes and paranoid for the rest of the night. Congrats. ]

[ Then Kadaj has done his job well! ]
