[ This is a very tired, depressed Haseo, sitting on the edge of the fountain. He's the perfect picture of someone who's not sure what to do with himself right now. Atoli's still kidnapped, and now, Luke's gone home. Having her missing is bad enough... but Luke was always a big part of the reason he was okay here

[Shino walks over and stands next to him. She doesn't say anything. Instead she sits down next to him.]

[ He's still for a while, but eventually leans to the side to put his head on her shoulder. ]

[She closes her eyes and leans her head on top of his after a moment. ]

[ He reaches and takes her hand when she responds. She's the only one he feels comfortable like this with, especially when he's feeling as upset as he is. ]

[Her hand closes in on his and she squeezes it softly. He was there to help her, after all.]

[ He stays like that a long time, holding her hand firmly, feeling a little better right now. ]

I'm getting kind of... tired of this, you know?

I think to some degree, everyone is.

I know that. I know... but... [ He squeezes her hand, trying to tell her how he feels through it. He feels so lonely with Luke gone. ]

But it still doesn't change the fact that someone important is gone. [Shino sighs a little.]

Right... [ He sighs, too, frowning more. ] I never felt like I could talk to anyone as much as I could with Luke.

I'm sure there's someone else you'll find.

I don't wanna find someone else. I've never had a best friend before. I don't want to replace him.

When a person is special, they are never replaced. Even if you have another best friend.

I just... don't know if I can get that close to someone again. We were pretty much brothers... never thought I'd get along with someone well enough to think like that.
