I AM IN A PICKLE.
People of Livejournal, I come to you in the most dire circumstances. I am in quite a pickle and I need all of you to read this post.
I am doing sound for the Calvin Johnson show in Tucson on December 2nd at 36 Chambers. When asked if I could find a PA system that would be sufficient for the performance, I was under the impression that I would need a PA system that would meet the needs of Calvin's vocal-guitar setup. However, I found out that Sugarbush is also playing the show, and they are a louder rock band, so it was then I realized that the PA I was planning on using wouldn't be able to handle that sort of power that a rock band delivers.
So, in short, I desparately need a functioning PA system that could handle a louder rock band. So, If anyone in the Livejournal community has a PA system that they would be willing to lend me for the weekend, I would be extremely grateful. This show is very important to me personally, and I want to go as smoothly as possible.
