I was thinking of this the other day when Bad gave me a copy of Neutral Milk Hotel's In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. I've got a question for you folks, and this requires little effort, other than thought. You all know basically where I stand in my musical tastes. But I'd like to broaden them and you all seem to be plugged into some interesting stuff. So, recommend an artist for me, and an album that you think is either their greatest work or their defining sound.
For example, if I were to recommend Pink Floyd to you, I'd say you should listen to Animals. For The Beatles, Abbey Road. Etc.
I'm not asking you to get me a physical copy. I can do that myself, or you can file transfer to me on AIM.
