Thermochemistry

Sorry this one is a bit late; I was sick yesterday.

Given:
oC stands for degrees celcius

the specific heat of ice is 2.09 J/g oC
the specific heat of water is 4.184 J/g oC
the specific heat of steam is 1.97 J/g oC
one mole of water weighs 18.0185 g
the molar heat of fusion of ice is 6.01 kJ/mol
the molar heat of vaporization of water is 40.8 kJ/mol
ice melts at 0oC
water vaporizes at 100oC

also keep in mind that heat flow (q) = mass*specific heat* change in temperature.

How much energy does it take to raise 20.0g of ice at -45.0oC to steam at 115oC
