From what I understand, someone named Reika is behind people being marked by bruises on their bodies. Some can see them, some cannot. It appears as though those without the bruises can't see the ones that do have them.

Judging by the lack of sleep others are getting, I believe that all of this is linked somehow. Unfortunately, I don't truly understand the situation enough to say for sure.

There was also mentions of some type of rift, and repentance as well.
