Summer 2009
Update on my Summer 2009 project :
I knew I shouldn't have talked about it before everything was sure but I just couldn't help it. I told you Danya and I just really wanted to visit the English countryside but we hadn't anything particular in mind and were pretty open to anything. Danya first wanted to follow the Thames river and in the end we might come back to that idea since it turned out that it is impossible to find an affordable, clean and well-situated hotel in Bath. I am not sad or anything since I know I'll go there eventually. It's always been one of my dream to go in that area of England.
Today we went back to our initial idea and we might go to Oxford. The thing is we really want to travel and visit the area. It is close to London and that makes sense that Danya should spend two weeks in Cambridge and then one week in Oxford ! There are so much interesting and beautiful place to see over there !
Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sad about Bath but oh well... I knew I shouldn't have said anything before finding a decent place to stay. Next time !
Nothing is settled yet. It's only an on-going project but I kind of get really excited about that sort of thing. Last year, when we were planning our trip to Stockholm, we changed the destination twenty times before booking everything in Stockholm. Our initial idea was Stockholm, though.
