-- I went to see James Bond today. That was so disappointing ! Couldn't they come up with something a bit more original ? I still love Daniel Craig, though. And Mathieu Amalric. That has nothing to do with him being French. On the contrary, I'm surprised I love him that much. He was also in Munich (with Danial Craig).
-- Bought Truman Capote's In Cold Blood and Taschen's book about painter Mark Rothko for a friend. He'll be 20 in a few days. I hope he'll like these two things.
-- I loved last Thursday's The Office. I watched it a second time this afternoon. Of course there are many things I start to get tired of (Jim and Pam ? + Holly and Michael not spending the rest of their life together. We all know Amy Ryan is a talented and acclaimed actress which means she won't stay) but they always manage to make us forget how annoyed we can be sometimes.
The best line ? Darryl's answer ("Not really") to Michael's question ("Was it [the things I was saying while I was asleep] interesting ?"). I LOVE LOVE Darryl and it's always so funny when he appears in an episode. But the whole road trip together was seriously brilliant.
And could Jim's brothers be any more different to him ? Ok, I just want Jim and Pam to get married soon.
And I also think that the two last episodes of Gossip Girl are the best of the season so far. They were really good. If you were disappointed by the beginning of the season, you really should continue and watch the last two episodes ! They're worth it.
-- I heard about a Swedish artist on Friday : Likke Li. I've only listened to I'm good, I'm gone so far but I've read only good reviews about her album. Check her out ! Do you know her ? They also spoke about a Swedish (yes, that was about Swedish artists) band called EST and their was their song Goldwrap on which I thought was excellent. Ahhh Sweden, anyway ...
