Guess what..?
So, it’s been a while.
Let’s see. What’s been going on…
We got a house. We settle in about three weeks. This is not a drill.
It’s the first house for each of us and what was perhaps the funniest thing in the world was how I went from living on ESPN to living on HGTV. Two things played into that. First, every time I’d watch sports whatever team I was rooting for would lose. Bad boogie. Second I had never bought a house so I needed to learn everything I could. For those who are somewhat familiar with how I approach things you know that I went into full obsession - from an information standpoint. I have to say that I want to give a HUGE shout out to our realtor who was the biggest reason we have the house. Drop me a line & I can turn you onto her. She’s all over MD and is MORE than worthwhile…she is truly *THE* reason we were able to get the house that was number one on our list.
While our lease is up at the end of August we’re moving on the first of August. Anyone who wants to help, we’d be MORE than grateful!
I have to get back to work (busy season’s starting) but I’ll try to post more often. I should post more than just death & house buying.
