I'm glad your father came to visit you, Rin. And more importantly, that you were happy to see him.

Thank you! Did you... have a good day?

My father came, too. So I think my day was rather a lot like yours--taking him to see everything, meeting my friends, letting him know that I'm all right here.

Really? You were able to introduce him to your friends? ... well, I sort of could, too, but it was rather... one-sided.

Like you said, in a one-sided way. I'd point them out or speak to them on the Network, and then act as intermediary if Daddy had anything to say. Sam came up with quite a clever solution, and sent little movie messages of himself so it was more like speaking to Daddy directly.

Oh, I see! That's interesting. I wasn't much on the network that day, so it was mostly face-to-face.

I was, but only because I was...er...speaking with a lot of my friends that day.

But he managed to come for the play! I was so excited about that.

Well, I spent most of the day with father, so...

Oh, right, there was a play! Was it good?

Goodness, I was terribly worried about how it all would go, for a while. Everyone was cursed to see their fathers and it was snowing and we had to find new sets and make adaptations for the costumes and all sorts of things on barely a day's notice...

Oh, but it was wonderful! I had so much fun and we all did so well!

Ah, wait, you participated! Sounds pretty stressful, but I'm glad it was worth the trouble after all.

I did! I had one of the leads, but Neil--he was the one that put it all together--was really the star of the show. I don't think there's any doubt of that.

Oh, but I'm sure you were great as well!

Was it the play by this... Shake... Shakespeare person?

Yes, it was! "A Midsummer Night's Dream"--I loaned it to you, didn't I?

Right! I'm afraid I haven't had time to read it yet. But I shall, soon!

Well, when you do read it, keep an eye on Helena. That's the role I was playing the other day.
