u.u Losing Faith In Humanity, One Customer At A Time

So, I am working at Silver Cinemas again two days a week to pay for my health insurance bill, so the rest of my money from subbing in two school districts and working at the Town Clerk's can go into rebuilding my pathetic pile of scanty savings in the bank. At least the good news is that in the last month I'm finally back up to the minimum balance necessary for my savings account.

Anyway, so I'm at work tonight and we get this phone call. I have it transcribed, verbatim for your entertainment:

"Silver Cinemas, South Hills 8. Marie speaking, how may I help you?"
"Are you playing Zack and Mirri Makes a Porno?" (This movie was out last year and by now it must have come and gone)
"No sir, we don't have that movie."
"Well, are you getting it soon?"
"No, sir. I don't think we are, it's been out for a while."
"Well, do you have any movies like that playing there?"
"Erm, no, I don't think we do."
"Well what DO you have?" (We are asked not to list the 8 - 13 movies we have at any given time, as it takes a while and of course not only do they want to know the movies, but what they're about, when they're showing, is it ok for kids, and so on. That's why we have the lines, and they can look up everything else.)
"Well, you can call our two lines for the name, length, and show times of the movies"
"Well are all the movies you have playing again at 9?"
"No, sir, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has just started its last set. It will be on again tomorrow."
"Well, what about your sets?"
"What?"
"What about your set of tits?"
"What are you saying?"
"What about your set of tits?"
"...Goodbye, sir. ::Slams the phone::"

Ugh. Not enough I'm working three jobs (four if you count the schools separately) and going to school, I gotta hear this from people who think they're OH-SO-CLEVAR.

Oh, and speaking of school I am going to New Paltz a little early next week before class to go to an orientation for Kappa Delta Phi, (The Zeta Zeta - I know - branch) a Greek honors society. They help their members get grants and jobs. I will take EVERY opportunity I can get so I am no longer working so much, for so little.
