Personality:As a human. Tohru was friendly, gentle, and excitable, if a little lazy. He could get along with the most difficult people, and do it cheerfully. He took life easy and made a point of befriending even standoffish strangers. Not surprisingly, he was a popular guy and well thought of by others. He was open-hearted and a bit of an innocent, in a way. He didn't have much suspicion about others, even strangers he might run into late at night. His small-town upbringing probably contributed to this attitude. There wasn't much to fear, initially, in the place he was born and grew up in. Unlike a lot of Japanese, he had no problems with open shows of affection. Hugging, glomping, etc

Powers & Abilities: Tohru is a Shiki (undead, similar to a vampire.) Normally, he would be driven by the need for blood, burned severely by any sunlight, and terrified of any holy symbols. Shiki can't enter a dwelling (if humans live there,) without being invited. His Shiki blood also keeps him from aging and heals him with supernatural speed. Shiki have certain psychic abilities, mainly the power to locate people. If they bite humans, they can give them orders and control them. They can see preternaturally well in the dark. It's almost impossible to kill them, normally. You'd have to stake them through the heart, cut their head off, or leave them in the sun

What items will they be bringing with them? Just his clothes and himself.
Third-Person Sample:Midnight in Sotoba. A month ago, Tohru would be traipsing along the shadow-blurred streets without a care in the world. Now, every branch, every twig, was crystal clear to his unnatural eyes. And he would never walk carelessly again. The weight of his existence dragged on him, too heavily. Undead. Killer
