YOU GUYS NEED TO TRY THIS.
Take your favourite lemon meringue pie filling, home made or otherwise. Add a little lemon juice.
Roll some walnuts, about a cup and a half, into a powder, add a tablespoon or so of butter and a tablespoon of water. MUSH IT ALLTOGETHER.
Spread THAT out flat on the bottom of a square pan. Bake it until it gets hard, and pour the lemon pie filling in. Put meringue on if you want. Otherwise, decorate to your taste. I sprinkled powedered sugar on.
