The level of faggotry in L4D is ASTOUNDING.
It's nearly impossible to finish a campaign without one of the teams rage-quitting, and the ones you wish would leave never do, or have their friend so you can't votekick.
I propose a 15min ragequit timer.
If you leave a campaign before it's completion,
there should be a 15 minute wait before you can play another game.
There should be some kind of confirmation for this choice, as the connection to some servers is ass enough that getting dc'd could leave you with a 15 min wait.
The confirmation could be the trigger for the cooldown, so that wouldn't be a problem, IMO.
