This week's training

Monday 8th - day off
Tuesday 9th - 3 miles with Fidelma, nothing too strenuous, felt ok.
Wednesday 10th - day off, yoga
Thursday 11th - 4.2 miles, 35 minutes, felt every step.
Friday 12th - day off.

This is meant to be one of the easy weeks, and all I can say is just as well.
