When you say "outline" do you mean just the first act outline, or the whole shebang outline? Or do you mean just the outline for the first batch of comics?
Nope, whole shebang outline. beginning to end (which really only spans a week in "comic time," but it's still going to be pretty long). One of my big problems before was pacing and writing myself into corners, so this time I planned out the whole thing in advance.
Though, it's possible the characters may be used again in future comics.
