Needing prayers
Hello friends, hello neglected livejournal. I read my friends' page every day, but just haven't been witty or with it enough lately to post or comment. And now I'm posting about something awful ... one of my cousins died yesterday, and without getting into too much detail here, it was unexpected and horrible. If you want to know more/check in on me over email or phone that would be welcome, although I may be in the midst of frantic readying for the visitation and funeral (grief by over-functioning and tizzy ... I've read about it in Pastoral Care but I'm not going to stop myself from doing it.) I was hesitant to post this at all, but my family and I do need your thoughts, prayers, and general good-and-healing vibes right now.
Suggestions for distractions (non-self-destructive) would also be good.
