Never before have I looked forward to an exit interview more, and it did not disappoint. And now I have my visitor's badge as I'll finish out the month at this location, but on the new company's payroll.. Ahhh... So freeing. None of the backwards office politics can affect me now. I'm only here to advise and train my replacement. But as they're here on my recommendation, that shouldn't be hard. I at least know he can do the job.
