DAMMIT. i watched something on scifi that must have been on before that, talking about the history of the hospital and talking to ghost hunters that were definitely NOT taps. so i turned it off, not realizing there would actually be a taps expedition. i'll have to catch it on repeat.
okay the shining one, that one was so awesome because they caught all kinds of stuff on film. like, they stayed overnight in the hotel and the bald guy (jason? is that his name?) was sleeping and they all had cameras set up in their rooms, and all of a sudden his closet door swung open. then right after that, the drinking glass (one of those thick-walled tumblers that you see in every hotel room) SHATTERED. like, on camera, you see it move and you hear the glass break. so he got up and looked at it and the whole thing looked like it had been squeezed and was all spider-webbed. and big chips were missing. so then he set the camera back up again and got back into bed and as he's lying there the camera is pointed over his shoulder at the closet door and as he's laying there the door very slowly swings closed AND LATCHES. like, it very gently comes to rest in the frame, then you hear the latch catch and click.
sooooooooooooo cooooooooooooooooooool!
there was other stuff with a table moving and a laptop bag getting propped up against the inside of the door of a room no one was in. but the glass/closet thing was the best thing they caught.
