winamp media library?

my winamp at work won't seem to bring up the media library no matter how hard i try
it's the latest version... the help menu says to use shortcuts that wont work?
there's no sign of it in the menu either

i never knew about this until a mate loaded my files into my one at home

i dont know what to do ??? :(
