yeah, so all the petitions i was having people sign for getting the herbert/brown socialist ticket on todays ballot worked, as well as a few other states such as louisiana and texas. when i went in to vote i was just thinking, "fuck, i have to vote for kerry just to get bush out of office" but when i seen that my efforts to get people to sign the petition helped, i was really happy, so i rightfully marked down the two how i wanted to represent me. there where two other socialists running in wisconsin as well, but i did not hear a thing about them. i am very proud of my states history in politics. i think we are THE most progressive state in america, and this just made me feel that the system i think is reasonable and not to far from reality, is infact very close to home. i really do think socialism is the right way for america, if you are interested go to: www.socialistparty.org/uk .europe is way far ahead of us on this issue, and thier website is alot better then americas socialist party site: sp-usa.org
